Based in Greater Manchester, TwinBee was founded by Sarah, Paul and Yolanda, to create a place where property investors can find their next deal and landlords can find excellent property management and maintenance services.
Sarah and Yolanda met at university in 1993 and have been friends ever since. Paul met Sarah eight years ago and they married in 2019. All three have a passion for property, creating quality homes and delivering outstanding service for customers and tenants.
Sarah worked for a large housing association for nearly a decade, learning all there is to know about lettings, tenancy management and business development.
Yolanda has managed tenants for over 15 years, and has experience in flips, title splits and BTL renovations.
Paul started his career as a car mechanic then spent 13 years as a serving a police officer. He has been renovating homes and providing property maintenance services since 2020.
